• 1,000 sq ft - 1,299 = $70 - $80

• 1,300 sq ft - 1,599 = $90 - $100

• 1,600 sq ft - 1,899 = $110 - $120

• 1,900 sq ft - 2,199 = $130 - $140

• 2,200 sq ft - 2,499 = $150 - $160

• 2,500 sq ft - 2,799 = $170 - $180

• 2,800 sq ft - 3,000  = $190 - $200

• 3,000 sq ft and up = call for pricings

first time in cleaning, priced by your regular house cleaning x 2.

First time in cleanings take 4 to 6 hrs

regular cleanings take up to 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.

 

we schedule weeklys, bi-weeklys, monthlys. and saturdays and sundays upon special requests.

Move-ins and move-outs start at $200

 

includes inside windows, carpets, walls washed down, inside cabinets, inside fridge and stove, all appliances, toloiets, sinks, inside drawers, outside cabinets, floors, fans, baseboards, doors wiped down, counter tops, window sills.

 

tile and grout cleaning = $0.75 per sq ft.

 

window washing (inside and out) = $10 per window

includes washing screens

(single story only)

 

exterior and interior painting = call for more details

 

carpet cleaning = $20 per room

 

organizing / packing = $15 per hour
